The District Board of Directors meets the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM at

4045 Deerfield Village Drive in the Deerfield Village Recreation Center.

Meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend.

The Board of Directors of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 136 is comprised of five elected individuals:

District Facts

HCMUD No. 136 is committed to providing exceptional
service and quality for our district residents.

Formed in 1979, Harris County MUD No. 136 ("District") is located within Harris County, Texas and serves over one thousand residential, commercial and irrigation customers from surface water provided by West Harris County Regional Water Authority (WHCRWA). The District also operates a water well located in the District as a secondary source.

The District maintains a Superior Water rating from the State of Texas.

The District owns capacity in the Jackrabbit Road Public Utility District for processing wastewater and is a member of the Association of Water Board Directors.
